Privacy Policy

Governing Platform: neuracryption.com

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

NeuraCryption Private Limited ("NeuraCryption," "we," "us," or "our") provides globally accessible, enterprise-grade telecommunications and artificial intelligence infrastructure divided into two distinct service architectures:

We are fiercely committed to the privacy, security, and cryptographic protection of the data processed through both network architectures. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict data handling protocols regarding the information collected when you use our website, APIs, WebRTC interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. The "No-Login" Public Demo (Exception of Privacy)

NeuraCryption provides a free, no-login demonstration tool on our public website to allow prospective users to test our latency and AI orchestration capabilities. By utilizing the public, no-login demo, you expressly acknowledge and agree that there is absolutely no expectation of privacy.

Data, prompts, or audio submitted through the unauthenticated public demo environment are highly volatile, are not protected under the standard enterprise compliance frameworks outlined below, and may be utilized for real-time threat analysis or system stress-testing. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information into the no-login demo.

2. Our Legal Role: Data Processor vs. Data Fiduciary

For all authenticated, registered Customers utilizing our production Services, NeuraCryption operates strictly as B2B (Business-to-Business) infrastructure. Under global privacy frameworks, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023, the GDPR, and the CCPA, our roles are strictly demarcated:

3. Dual-Architecture Data Processing & "No Audio Recording" Policy

NeuraCryption minimizes data footprints by design. The scope of End-User Data we process depends entirely on which of our two service architectures the Customer utilizes:

A. Customer Account Data (Fiduciary Role - All Users)

To provision your account, process payments, and provide our universal Service Level Agreement (SLA), we collect your business contact details, encrypted billing tokens, and dashboard telemetry.

B. End-User Data (Processor Role)

C. Universal "No Audio Recording" Guarantee

Across both service architectures, NeuraCryption does not record, store, or retain raw end-user audio files. Audio is processed in real-time in volatile memory to execute the generative AI response and is immediately flushed from our servers upon call termination.

4. Zero Data Sale & Restricted Third-Party Processing

NeuraCryption will never sell your personal data or your end-users' data to any third party.

To deliver global, low-latency Services, we utilize enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure providers for telecommunications routing and raw AI compute. Our relationship with these sub-processors is governed by the following strict limitations:

5. Cryptography, Retention, and Law Enforcement

NeuraCryption engineers its systems to resist unauthorized access, even from internal actors.

6. Enterprise-Grade Security & Universal Availability

Because NeuraCryption operates high-throughput telecom infrastructure, our enterprise-level security architecture, ISO/SOC-compliant compute pipelines, and high-availability frameworks are provided to all registered accounts universally. Commercial commitments regarding service availability, latency, and uptime compensation for all users are governed exclusively by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) provisions detailed in our Terms of Service.

7. Data Subject Rights (End-Users)

Because NeuraCryption operates strictly as a Data Processor regarding End-User Data, any end-user wishing to exercise their statutory privacy rights (e.g., the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data) must direct their request directly to the Customer (the Data Fiduciary) who initiated the call or provided the AI agent. If NeuraCryption receives a privacy request directly from an end-user, we will forward that request to the corresponding Customer and cooperate with their programmatic instructions to fulfill it.

8. Customer Rights and Account Governance

Registered Customers may access, rectify, or update their Account Data via the dashboard. If you wish to terminate your relationship with NeuraCryption and mandate the deletion of your account (subject to the 3-year metadata retention policy for telecom compliance), you must submit a formal request to our Data Protection Officer. Note that manual account deletion via the dashboard is disabled to ensure accurate telecom billing reconciliation.

9. International Data Transfers

To ensure global redundancy and ultra-low latency, your data may be processed in data centers located across multiple international jurisdictions. By utilizing the Services, you consent to this cross-border transfer, which is strictly governed by standard contractual clauses, ISO/SOC 2 compliant environments, and the strict processing limitations outlined in Section 4.

10. Modifications to this Policy

NeuraCryption may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in global privacy law or our infrastructure architecture. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or registered email prior to taking effect.
